Finally IPL ???

This is the question that would be in the mind of millions of cricket lovers not only in India but also all around the world and after all who would not lot like to see an MSD comeback...
The past 2-3 weeks were dreadful and it still is but a sense of hope we saw, when West Indies went England to play a 3 match test series and now we have another good news, BCCI finally found a window to organize the richest league. The Board has given tentative dates as 26th Sept. - 8th Nov. Although this news is not official but after today's ICC meeting on the future of the T20 world cup, it is the most probable future.

And seeing the condition of the pandemic in India, it is very certain that there are no chances of happening it in the country. Right now, UAE is the most preferred venue for the contest. 

Now the broadcaster Star India and the franchises have reported about their reservations about this "restricted schedule". According to the sources, it is said that Star India wants to maximize the profits during Diwali week also, which is going to be on the 14th of November, and this will be a Saturday. They said in their arguments that restricting the event to 44 odd days will eventually result in more number of double headers which will be a huge loss to the broadcasters as there will be a less number of visitors.

But BCCI is just not thinking of  IPL they are looking at the India tour of Australia, 4-Test series at the end of this year which is scheduled to get started on the 3rd of December. It is said that if IPL gets over by 8th Nov then the team can fly to Australia on 10th and can do all the necessary formalities including the Corona test of all the players.

But at last what all matters is that we get to see IPL and our favorite players.

Those days are gone when parents were regularly asking or I must say instructing their children to stop using smartphones, laptops, tablets, etc. Actually, this was a punitive crime in their sight.
